ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ: ਭਾਈ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਵਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਮਰਯਾਦਾ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਈ ਹਵਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਅਮਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਚਹਿਲ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਜਥੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਇਕ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਨਕਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਕੋਲ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ

ਵਿਸ਼ਾ: ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋਂ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਸਿਘ ਹਵਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਰੱਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਛਪੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਬਾਰੇ।

ਆਪ ਜੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਭਾਈ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਵਾਰਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਕੌਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਂਅ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਰੱਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਹ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਉਪਰ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਦਸਖ਼ਤ ਹਨ। ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਕਿਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ? ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਾਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਵੀ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਠੀਕ ਨਾ ਸਮੱਝਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਮੀਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੂਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਤਿਹਾੜ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ’ਚ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕਰਨ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਕਦਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਖੁਦ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਅਹੁਦੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਤਿਹਾੜ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿਚ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਦੂਰ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਬਾਰੇ ਆਪ ਵਲੋਂ ਜੋ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਪੰਥਕ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਦੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਦੀ ਕਲਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਹੈ। ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਬਿਆਨ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਛਪਿਆ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸੋਧ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਹਵਾਰਾ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਦਾਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਵਿਚ ਜੋ ਬਿਆਨ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਹਵਾਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਗੋਚਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਸਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਰਮ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਤਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

~ Jathedar Hawara’s Official Spokesman Confirms Maryada Sandesh Was Authentic & Questions Mand, Daduwal & Ajnala For Their Reckless Press Statement ~

Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara’s official spokesperson and counsel Advocate Amar Singh Chahal has written a stern letter on 18/06/16 to the three acting Jathedaars Bhai Dhian Singh Mand, Bhai Baljeet Singh Daduwal and Bhai Amrik Singh Ajnala for the highly irresponsible press statement they have issued from Sree Darbar Saahib yesterday. Bhai Ajnala is already in controversy and has been boycotted by a large majority of the sangat for his recent use of foul and divisive language.

A timeline on what has led to this:

- 14/06/16, the Taksaal faction of Baba Harnam Singh Dhumma has fired up a dangerous scheme to ignite the Rehat Maryada controversy. Attempts are being made to replace the Sikh Rehat Maryada (a unity document containing the minimum requirements for a Sikh and suitably acceptable to the majority Sikh population/institutions) with another version of the maryada only acceptable to one institution. There is widespread information that other Taksaal factions have made closed-door secret agreements with Baba Dhumma to put in place a plan that would leave the Khalsa Panth in another 100 years of maryada controversy.

- 15/06/16, a Sandesh (message) from Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara was released in the media making an appeal not to interfere with the maryada of the Akaal Takhat. He had given a stern notice to the Dera who in the last few days had been destabilising the sangat by questioning the Sikh Rehat Maryada installed at Akaal Takhat. He stated this is not the time to start maryada issues while the Khalsa Panth is going through difficult times. He expressed that this group refrain from their questioning and appealed to the whole Khalsa Panth, especially the youth, to accept the Akaal Takhat Sikh Rehat Maryada and to live by it.

- 17/06/16, the three (so-called) Jathedaars, Bhai Mand, Bhai Daduwal and Bhai Ajnala fired up controversy by making a very reckless statement questioning the Sandhesh from Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara and declaring it invalid. They announced it was to be “aradh” i.e. disapproved. They made this statement to the press at Sree Darbar Saahib on 17/06/16 which has raised eyebrows across the world about the intentions of these three individuals.

Advocate Amar Singh Chahal has questioned the three acting Jathedaars how they came to this decision and why they did not find it right to consult him first for clarification before issuing such an irresponsible statement. Visiting the Jathedaar themselves is one thing, but the three did not bother giving the due respect to those who travel hundreds of miles to Tihar Jail.

Advocate Amar Singh Chahal has requested the three to correct their incorrect statement given in the press because the Sandesh about the Sikh Rehat Maryada did indeed come from Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara. It’s been reported the press statement by Mand, Daduwal and Ajnala will be passed to Bhai Hawara during the next meeting and his reply to this fiasco will be forwarded to the three.

It begs the question what the need was to instigate controversy about Bhai Hawara’s Sandesh when its message was for the Chardee Kalaa of the Panth? Following from Bhai Amrik Singh Ajnala’s catastrophe and request for forgiveness, these actions by Mand, Daduwal and Ajnala have brought serious doubt to the authenticity of their intentions and rumoured deal with the Dhumma-Badal alliance. A second round of apologies in less than a month will bring into question whether those three selected on 15, November 2015 at Chabba village are fit for leadership and what procedure will be used to discipline such severe failure, if it is in fact any different to the Badal-SGPC system?
