ਹੁਣੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸ. ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਨਾ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਈ
ਘਟਨਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਫੋਨ ਤੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਗਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਆਪ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਆਏ
ਹਨ ਜਿਥੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਘਟੀ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੀਮਤ 'ਤੇ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਐਸ. ਐਚ. ਓ ਨੂੰ ਬ੍ਰ੍ਖਾਸਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ
'ਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਚਲਵਾਈਆਂ, ਕੱਲ ਸਵੇਰ 11 ਵਜੇ ਏਡੀਸ਼ਨਲ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ
ਮੌਜੂਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦ੍ਵਾਰਿਕਾ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਘਟਨਾ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੀ ਕਿਸੇ
ਵੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਫੁਟੇਜ਼ ਹੈ, ਜਿਥੋਂ ਸਾਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ,
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਇਸ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਦੇ ਸਬੂਤ ਹੋਣ,
ਕੋਈ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਹੋਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਪਹੁੰਚੋ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਦਹਸ਼ਤਗਰਦੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਚਾਨ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ।
15 ਅਗਸਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਉੱਪਰ ਹੋਏ
ਹਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਾਜਿਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕੇ ਇਸ
ਵੇਲੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਇਲਾਕਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਘੇਰਾਬੰਦੀ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਫਿਰ
ਟਕਰਾਵ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ।
ਪਰ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਟੀਵੀ ਚੈਨਲ ਵਲੋਂ ਇਸ
ਖਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਮੰਦਭਾਗਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਚ।
ਤਿਲਕ ਵਿਹਾਰ, ਦਿੱਲੀ- 15 ਅਗਸਤ, 2013- ਅੱਜ 15 ਅਗਸਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ
ਸਿੱਖਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਨੇ ਫਿਰ 1984 ਦੁਹਰਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਅੱਜ 15 ਅਗਸਤ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾ
ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਹਿੰਦੁਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਫਿਰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸ ਦਿੱਤਾ
ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਅੱਜ 15 ਅਗਸਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਆਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ
ਹੈ ਪਰ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਮਹਿਜ਼ ਇਹ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਗਲ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਤਿਲਕ ਵਿਹਾਰ
ਦੀ ਹੈ । ਛੁੱਟੀ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਪੀਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਕੁਝ ਬੱਚਿਆ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਸ ਵਿਚ
ਕਿਸੇ ਗਲ੍ਹ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਲੜਾਈ ਹੋਈ। ਬੱਚਿਆ ਵਿਚ ਬਾਲਮੀਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ
ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਸਨ। ਬੱਚਿਆ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਚੌਂਕੀ ਤੋਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਇੰਨੀ ਵੱਧ ਗਈ ਕਿ
ਲੜਾਈ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਸਿੱਖ ਝਗੜੇ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰ ਗਈ। ਫਿਰ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ
ਬਾਲਮੀਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਗੁੱਟ ਬਣ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਲੜਾਈ ਨੇ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰ ਲਿਆ।
ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਬਹੁਗਿਣਤੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਥ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਬਾਲਮੀਕਿ ਅਤੇ
ਹਿੰਦੂ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ
ਸ਼ਰੇਆਮ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਤੇ ਪਥਰਾਅ ਅਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਆ ਚਲਾਈਆਂ। ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ
ਫਿਰਕੂ ਲੋਕ ਸ਼ਰੇਆਮ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਚਲਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਥਰੂ ਗੈਸ ਵੀ ਸਿਰਫ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ
ਤੇ ਹੀ ਛੱਡ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਿਚ 22 ਬੰਦੇ ਫੱਟੜ, 8 ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੋਲੀ ਲੱਗੀ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ
ਵਿਚ ਜ਼ੇਰੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਹਨ। ਕਿਸੇ ਜਾਨੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ । ਜੋ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ
ਮੀਡੀਆ ਤੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ 2 ਸਿੱਖ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਆਦਿ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਅਫਵਾਹ ਹਨ।
ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੂਰੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕਰ
ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਸਿੱਖ ਚੈਨਲ ਦੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਭਾਈ ਜਸਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਘਟਨਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਮੋਜੂਦ ਸਨ ਨੇ ਘਟਨਾ
ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਇਸਦੇ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਇਹ
ਅੱਗ ਜੋ ਅੱਜ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੈ ਇਸਦਾ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਕੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਇਹ ਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਮ੍ਹਾ ਹੀ ਦੱਸੇਗਾ।

ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ
ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਨਾ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਹੋ ਹੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਖਤ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿਵਾਈ
ਜਾਵਗੀ।
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਤਿਲਕ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿਚ 2 ਗੁਟਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਏ ਝਗੜੇ ਨੇ
ਅੱਜ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੰਗੇ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰ ਲਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਤਰਫਾ ਰੁਖ ਇਖਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੇ
ਹੋਏ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੜ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਜਦੋਂ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਓਹ ਆਪਣੀ
ਯੂਥ ਟੀਮ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮੋਕੇ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ ਅੱਤੇ ਹਾਲਤ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜਾ ਲਿਆ ਅੱਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ
ਇਲਾਕਾ ਨਿਵਾਸਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਬਾਤ ਸੁਣੀ।
Tension prevails in Tilak Vihar area of Delhi as Sikhs
reportedly attacked by members of another group
New Delhi, India (August 15, 2013): According to some
sources, Tensions have erupted in Tilak Vihar area of New Delhi as
residents of 80 Gaj Colony tried to attack the Sikhs. Police in heavy
numbers were deployed to the scene to disperse the violence.
According to Ajmer Singh Randhawa:
Babu singh Dukhiya president of Tilak vihar victims informed me by phone
that 4-5 sikh youths were just going on their way when all of them they
were obstructed by some sweepers of adjacent colony and without any
provocation they attacked on Sikh youths as they had some pre-planing
similar to 1984. It was a pre-planned attack as they (sweeppers) were
well equipped with sharp edged weapons called Churis, Knives etc.
When some elderly Sikhs watched it, they interfered and objetced, soon
the scuffle was over but in a short time these sweepers gathered in
large numbers nearly 100-150 and attacked once again at Gurudwara
Sahidganj at Tilak vihar.
It provoked Sikhs as they had already faced 1984 in their life, soon a
stiff resistance was made by Sikhs who gathered at once and by
collecting anything to fight, they stopped the attack and gave a
befitted reply.
At this point Delhi Polcie which was so far a mute spectator enterd into
scene and fired the tear shells on Sikhs and simultaniously opened fire
upon them who were just trying to save their place of worship – their
Gurudwara. nearly 5-6 Sikh youths got wounded by bullets. One Sikh was
shot in his pelvic region, two sikhs got bullets in their hands, one
bullet pierced an ear of Sikh (hardly saved) and another one Sikh
received a bullet in his neck. (Babu singh Dukhiya was there with this
person when talked to me on phone).
Other Sikhs wounded got injuries due to pelting stnes by these sweepers.
Police didn’t made any attempt to save the gurudwara but supported the
attack and by opening fire upon Sikhs. This is confirmed from Babu singh
dukhiya.
The Police needs the orders to open fire against mob by a Sub Divisional
magistrate or the divisional commissioner. Now whether any of administrative
officer was present there when police opened fire? If yes, that means police
had the information of attack on Sikhs and expected its retaliation. The
Sikhs could sacrifice their lives but not allowed an attack on their
gurudwara as the wounds of 1984 are fresh in our minds. Our homes, business
establishments, our gurdwaras were targeted by Hindus who are protected by
this govt and never punished. Instead of any punishment they move scot-free
than a retaliation had to be made but why police not stopped, used tear
shells or opened fire upon sweepers who dared to attack on Sikh place of
worship?
The why and who ordered shootings on Sikhs and in which circumstances, that
needs to be probed by DSGMC independently.
That shows a conspiracy of Delhi Police officials and leaders of Bhangi
community who dares to carry out the attack. This is not 1984, this issue
shall be raised at all platforms to expose Delhi govt/Indian govt and Sikhs
needs to be alert always everywhere as being in minority and not forming any
vote bank, they can be soft target by politicians. please be vigilant and
keep congress away for your safety.
